Not able to access device as administrator?

Hi,

I recently procured my WD MyCloud (3TB) and it works brilliant. However I experienced a slight setback that I currently do not know how to resove, a bit of help would be appreciated :slight_smile:

When I activate “WD My Cloud Dashboard” on my notebook, I need to login using my login and password (makes sense)

when I do this, the software shows me the dashboard for a second and then requests me to login again.

I can do this multiple times, but the result is always thesame. What am I doing wrong?

(I know there was a software update recently, but not sure if this had anything to do with this issue)

If anyone has an answer/tip that would be appreciated.

after rebooting, all worked again, so problem fixed :slight_smile:

Nothing like a cold boot.
