Hi I have had my cloud for a long time, I have not used it for a long time and reconnected it today, after some attempts and restart I made this message appears to me:
Only administrator users are allowed.
It is important to note that I have access to the files but I do not have access to drive management

Perform a 4 second reset which will reset the admin password to default (blank/no passwored). Then attempt to access the My Cloud Dashboard.
