I have a MyCloud Personal Cloud storage 4tb drive…
It has worked fine since Christmas. I can log in via my computer Explorer screen and put my username and password in and get to my files.
I cannot now log in either as me or Admin to the cloud via the Dashboard or remote login! Neither can my husband who has been using the remote access for a while now, it refuses the login and password for him, me or admin.
Is this a case of having to reset? This thing has been complicated from start to finish!
