Non accès au portail / No access to the portal

Bonjour,

J’ai le problème suivant :
Le portail est non accessible depuis tous les navigateurs internet, j’ai fait une réinitialisation du système depuis le bouton RESET (appui de 40 secondes comme dit dans la documentation) à arrière du lecteur et rien ne change.

Quelqu’un aurait un idée.

The portal is not accessible from all browsers, I did a system reset from the RESET button (press 40 seconds as stated in the documentation) back to the player and nothing changes.

What colour is the front panel LED showing?
What colour are the rear panel Ethernet LEDs showing?
What are you trying to access? The Dashboard?
Are you trying to access local to your home, or remotely?
Can you find the device’s IP address (from your router), and then enter this address in your browser? This should give you access to the Dashboard.
Did you have automatic firmware upgrade enabled? (There has been a recent upgrade; these don’t always go smoothly).

My PC is connected directly or ethernet router and the MyCloud.
Both his device on a network to giga.

So, can you now access the Dashboard?
Has that fixed your problem (you said you were trying to access the Dashboard, and the IP address let you do that).

If this isn’t your problem, what is?

Are you having trouble accessing the data locally (using the WD Desktop App, or mapping a Network drive)?
Are you having trouble accessing the device remotely, using mycloud.com, or the WD Mobile Apps?
