Plus d'accès distant possible via mycloud.com

Bjr,

Merci…

WD replaced that portal with files.mycloud.com some time ago.

Success: I can see your service on 82.248.144.NNN on port (443)
Your ISP is not blocking port 443
Comment cela peut s’expliquer ?
Merci.

Have you tried turning off Cloud Access in the Dashboard, and then turning it back on again?

If your router reboots, and is assigned a different IP address by your ISP, this breaks the port forwarding connection between your MyCloud and the WD server. Toggling Cloud Access restores this connection.

If this is the problem, you need to find out why your router has reset:

Have you tried turning off Cloud Access in the Dashboard, and then turning it back on again?
YES five or 10 times before you post, but without
In my local network, all devices (MyCloud unit, PCs , TVs, …) arn’t connected to the ISP’box (only 4 ports 10/100Mb/s) , All are connected to 1Gb/s router, itself link to the ISP’box. all IP on this local network are static.
YES, due to phone operator failure line during 3 days last week, my box have been switched ON/OFFmany times and factory reset .
I have tried a system reset of MyCloud after phone line repaired. Alwais disconnet from files.mycloud server.
New toggle Cloud, as previous tests : Connected: Port Forwarding connection established, But alwauys the same message from files.mycloud /home.php : disconnect !
It seems not a problem of router reset…
I use a standard dynamic IP from my ISP.
But it is possible to get a static IP from this ISP,
Is this the best solution, or using mode relay as “network link down” post ?
Thanks for your help.

I set mode relay to forward port connection between MyCloud and the files.mycloud server.
In that way, internet access is OK now.
