No tab shown for Cloud access

I tried to set up a My cloud from western digital yesterday. I had issues with allocating emails for users and the administratior, which stopped me from being able to create documents within the cloud access portal. I updated my firmware to 2.42.115 and around 5 tabs I originally had at the top of my page dissappeared. I no longer have the Cloud Access portal, which stops me from transferring files and from setting up my device further and as well as this, I no longer have the option to add an email for users. The only tabs I have left are Home, Users, Shares, Apps, Backups and Settings.

I have also had a warning code for internet access, but I have checked the devices ethernet cable, which is in good working order. I have also unplugged the my cloud device as well as rebooting my user portal on windows.

I attempted to download the mycloud app, however the device was unfindable and I cannot desinguish the security code in order to manually add the device.

Any guidance and resolutions would be greatly appreciated, as I have checked possible solutions but nothing is working.

What model do you have? Sounds like it’s still on OS3. WD stopped supporting it and removed My Cloud from it. If you have the right model, you can upgrade to OS5.
