User Setup email not working

Hello,

Whe I set up a new user on my Mycloud Mirror it sends them an email so that they can set a password. However, when the link is clicked it takes them to a WD page with the blue header but the rest of the page is blank. We have tried this on numerous browsers and on Mac, PC and mobile but the same result happens each time.

Has anyone else encountered this and does anyone know how to correct it?
