No Performance Monitoring after update to 4.2.2.5

Hi,
Since the last update of the WD Dashboard the Perfomance Monitoring does not work any more. The Values are 0 and the Diagram has only flatlines in all lines, Read, Write and temperature.

Can I get the last version back? What happend?

I have 3 drives, all the same.

Any Ideas or help?

Hi @Pasadena42119
Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the WD Technical Support team for the best assistance and troubleshooting:

I can confirm the issue with SN770 1TB and SN850X 2TB. Really devs didn’t notice performance & graphs didn’t work anymore?

Support can’t help: it’s a WD Dashboard program bug with some controllers, nothing can be done on user side. WD should provide a fix for their software.

Dashboard 4.2.2.5, Windows 11 23H2 (22631.4037), ROG Strix SCAR 18 G834JY, WD_BLACK SN770 1TB, WD_BLACK SN850X 2TB. Driver: Intel RST VMD Controller A77F (20.0.0.1038)
Mobo/BIOS: ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2023), bios: G834JY.329

I can also confirm the issue with multiple drives: SN850 1TB, SN850X (2TB and 4TB) models.
Performance monitoring stopped working with the 4.2.2.5 update, and it still doesn’t work with the latest 4.3.2.4 version. At the beginning, I was worried that something was wrong with my hardware, but I tested previous Dashboard versions (4.1.2.4 / 4.0.2.20 / 3.8.2.9), and they worked completely fine. I wrote an email to support, and I hope they’ll fix it someday. Until then, I’m probably going to use an older, working version.
