No My Cloud devices found despite being visible on network direct

I’ve just bought a My Cloud

Despite being able to view the device on my network and view the “dashboard” i think, when I go to the “getting started” is simply says No My icloud devices found (even when MAC address is entered)

I wanted to go through how to set it up

I can view the dashboard, just don’t have a clue what to do with it and can’t get the software and add ons the video said were in the getting stated along with other things I think

See p16 onwards of the MyCloud User Manual for instructions on setting up via the Dashboard; it’s my preferred method, and avoids all the WD setup rubbish…
