No Devices Found in Same Network!

Hi All :grin: I hope I can get a hand HELP from all Pro Guys in here.

I Moved. (Along Together with all Same Modem , Apple AirPort Extreme , Same Network Cables)
I Plug everything in new Office.

myCloud Device = Solid Blue is ON
Network Port = Bottom Green is Solid ON / Upper Green is Blinking

Unfortunately, I still can’t access myCloud with all Connection is Fully Enable and Status is Well.

Assuming you’re accessing a My Cloud on the same local network, can you access the My Cloud Dashboard? Can you access the local network My Cloud using Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer?

If you are attempting to access a remote network My Cloud or are using the WD software to access a My Cloud you may need to disable Cloud Access in the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings wait a few minutes, then reenable Cloud Access.
