No internet access ( i hate this product)

Since i have had this product i have had no end of issues with it. It got to the point where i unplugged it for 12 months and just used an external USB drive.

Anyway, i have just turned it back on thinking i will see if its worth continuing with it and i have tried to set up the cloud access and it says i have no internet access!!!

in the settings under Network Profile the status says “Internet access” WTF!!! Can anybody help me with this? I have had it with WD products.
