tried to access my wd ultra tonight via iOS my cloud app …get error message ‘‘no access’’ and get prompts to log in…unable to log into app.
Have accessed dashboard and cloud access is ‘‘disabled’’ for all users…will not reactivate …
Have rebooted wd ultra and have fun internet access - still have no cloud access from other devices and wd ultra will not permit me to reactivate cloud access for users…
That means that all of the features that require remote access cannot be implemented until the issue is solved.
I believe, because I can do this, that you can still access your files if your server is physically connected to your computer and within your Local Area Network, but only from your computer, not from the MyCloud app or webpage.
