No Apps available to download in DL4100

Dear All

I just brought new DL4100 and I cant see any apps available in apps section. I have click add + but it shows no apps available.

I have manually installed Plex app and it works but i can find any other apps. please advise.

Also my Xbox one cant find plex server but roku and iphone can find plex server. please help

Think I would go to the settings tab and make sure I had the latest firmware, then reset the box.  Do a syetm recovery and start over. Apps should show up

To add a third-party app:

  1. Launch the WD My Cloud DL4100 web interface. How do I do that?
  2. Click Apps.
    You might need to scroll right to display the Apps icon.
  3. Click the Add App icon at the bottom of the left pane.
  4. (Optional) Click the Details link to learn more about an app.
  5. Select the check box for an app and then click Install.
    After the installation is done, the app will display in the left pane.
  6. Select the app and click the Configuration URL to access it.
