I lost my admin password and cannot access Dashboard. I have tried the 4 and the 40 second method of resetting it but I am having absolutely with no joy at all.
I have tried so many times and I do not want to lose the data on there.
I can see and access all my files, but cannot set up the PR2100 for other things like sharing and time off etc.
Help urgently require.

You’re not doing something right. The 40 second reset should delete the administrator password.

You were correct that I was not doing something right.
I ommited to just open, without a password. after doing the 40 second reset.
I am back on Dashboatd now and have a password that is memorable.
