No Access via App or via web

since approx one week its not possible to have external access on our WD My Cloud EX2.
Also the app does not work.
Is their any known issue behind.
Same with my private one at home.

from 9th March remote access is not working.
i contact to them they told me the are working to fix ASAP.

Devices that are unable to use port forwarding are unable to be Cloud Connected at this time.
The team is actively working to restore service and expects all systems to be functioning properly within the next 24 hours.

Hello, it is still not working to approach the cloud through app or web. Can you tell me how long it will take WD to work. We are working from home cause of the Corona virus and we need our info.
