Mycloud remote access

Good evening,
For more than a week the remote access capabilities have been disabled. I called several times to WD Support, I was told last week that indeed there is a technical error with the system that WD Support should be restoring service in the next two business days. This was about 8 days ago, and service is still down. I have to work from home for the next two weeks due to the coronavirus outbreak, and I do need access to MYCLOUD files. Can anyone comment and shed some light on this? When is the MYCLOUD remote access service will be restored?

Having the same issue.

I just called WD and they said that there’s an outage and there’s no estimated time of fix yet. The guy told me to check their site for updates but according to the website there is no outages. I’ll phone back tomorrow and see what’s going on.
