Morning All
I just bought a used My Cloud Mirror enclosure and transferred my 2 x WD 2Tb drives into it.
The drives were in a Live Book Duo previously (which I hadn’t used for quite a while). I bought the new enclosure as my old unit wouldn’t work with Windows 10.
I get two red lights on the My Cloud and having looked through settings I am getting a volume failure message code 4.
I am not concerned about any lost data on the drives, but I just want the unit to work.
I looked as someone’s post on how to salvage the drives, but couldn’t log into putty so am now stuck. Am I going to have to buy 2 replacement drives? (annoying if so!)
