New IPS provider

Switched from Frontier to Atlantic BroadBand( local cable) … My , MyCloud drive has an IP address That I can see on the modem but does not show up in File explorer … Not on my home network. How should I fix this issue?? All my shared files are on this drive…

@Johneo
First, if it were me, I would reboot the router and then your computer. After this check and see if it shows up on your network and in file explorer.

Thanks … I have multiple computers on my network…I’ve done this and I’ll try again

completed reboots… shows up on modem/router with an IP address but not on explorer… Ugh…

Make sure Network Discovery is ON on your computer.

Thank you Network discovery is / was on… not on explorer under Network… but does have an IP address?? Confused

Couple of things to check. If using Windows 10 ensure SMB 1.0 hasn’t been disabled by a recent Microsoft update.

Check to ensure, if using Windows 10, that the network is set to Private.

Thanks … Just Enabled SMB 1.0 on all computers… Rebooted all computers, Modem/router and switches. Still IP yes … File Explorer Network No… All computers show on the network… frustrating… Anything else I should try??

Thank You , Thank You!!! Made Network Private …Now all computers can see my network cloud drive…Yeaaaa
