New Feature: Listen to UPS commands on network, shutdown to prevent data loss

Exactly what it says! Could use the NUT system for this, as i have this already setup on devices

Other brands also support this protocol for remote shutdown of devices based on a UPS battery backup devices power status

All we would require is NUT installing/included within the firmware and a config page
