New 18TB WD drives in G-Speed Shuttle XL TB3 not showing up

Swapped in new 8 18TB WD drives into my Shuttle XL TB3 but they shuttle doesn’t show up or detect on my Mac. It previously had 8 18TB Drives and it worked flawlessly.

Any reason why the new drives aren’t showing up?

Hi @Keerti_01

I went through the troubleshooting documents. I have checked all the cables and power. My old 18TB drives still work when I put them back into the RAID. But when I remove them and put new blank drives, the RAID is not detecting on the system. All the Drives light up ‘Blue’
