Disks of G-Raid TB 3 are not showing up in a dock

Hi everyone,
i am not sure my G-Raid Thunderbolt 3 (Raid 1) does work correctly. If I check the disk individually
by removing one of the disk it seems to work, but if I put one of the disks in a different dock,
my Mac asks me to initialize the disk. Why is that?
