Firmware Release 4.01.02-417 (12/17/2014)
I took the update , and no more access to my data , or dashboard, and till now its not fixed yet.
Upgraded around 4 times now no problems for me :smiley:
Just wonder do you have any problem with attached USB drives to Mycloud ? I had these problem so I did downgrade to V3 firmware
i am updated and see my external 1.5tb drive connected to my cloud with no issues. backup my laptop to it over network no issues. latest firmware.
not really , it used to work , but after latest firmware my drive is down and can not access dashboard.

it depends on your last update, i noticed that if you dont update your firmware for long time , and one time you log in to your dashboard and install the latest firmware then you will have problem.
