This morning I rebooted my router and everything I have on my home network is showing for the first time in quite a while. It includes my old 1st generation WDMYCLOUD that is strictly on my home network only. See image below. Old 1st generation My Cloud is highlighted in yellow.

I have no reason to open a support case when all my devices are working fine. Just because they don’t always show under Network doesn’t mean they aren’t there. They still show to the right of the Navigation pane and I can open and use them. I also have links on my desktop to open and work with each device.
