My Cloud showing on all appliances as offline how do i get it back online

Which My Cloud device do you own that works with appliances?
By appliances i meant mobile phones, laptops, PC etc
This still doesn’t say which My Cloud devices you own. I own two WD My Clouds. A 1st and a 2nd generation. 
When I have this problem, I start with a reboot of each device and if needed a reboot of my router.
Done both these things still not working
