My cloud seems not working

Hello everyone!
I bought a my cloud device almost a moto ago and I’m struggling a lot in trying to make it work. Despite it being connected to the wifi, every time I try to connect myself on the internet page it says that it is offline. How can I get into my account? (to avoid every useless answer: yes I did try to unplug every wire and plug it back on and it didn’t work)
Also is there a way to format my device and start the configuration back from the beginning?
