I can't access my cloud

Hello, my home home says it is off line and I can’t get it to come back on. I’ve unplugged it several times but it doesn’t help. Could someone help me please?

Hello,

I don’t feel like I am getting any customer support.

I have have just installed for the hundredth time WD Discovery and still I am being told my device is not supported.

I have uninstalled, and reinstalled, I have rebooted, but nothing I do can get me access to my cloud home.

I have been sent loads of links to read, but nothing has actually helped.

I have tried everything to make sure I have the up to date version of WD Discovery, but still I’m told my device is not supported.

What can I do next please?
