I’m going to throw my pc and mycloud out of the window shortly…
I moved house, plugged it all back in, and now I cant open my private folder in WDMYCLOUD network on my explorer…
It keeps asking for windows network credentials… I’ve googled this for about an hour, tried \WDMYCLOUD\Username - which seems to be the recommended way - nope.
I’ve deleted and added credentials via control panel - Nope
WHAT DOES IT WANT!!!
I’m not a computer person and this is infuriating. I just want to be able to drag and drop pictures etc from my ‘live’ desktop to my ‘back up’ cloud.
Please help…
