hi all, i have a myclud ex2 and for the past month it’s disconnecting from my network daily. i did the self check and everything seems ok. only way for me to bring it back is to hard restart the drive. i also tried bouncing the switch that is attached to it and doesn’t work. i have to restart the cloud. any suggestions on why this is happening? i have my drive set for no sleep mode. can it be the network card if there is one? how can i check it for faulty network card? thanks in advance. thomas
Did you configure your EX2 Ultra to use a static IP?
yes. i forgot to mention the when it’s connected the files open and copy slooow…
this happens to all my pcs within the same network so i’m thinking it’s the “server” not the PCs.
