My Cloud EX2 keeps disconnecting from the Network

The My Cloud EX2 keeps disconnecting from the network. I need to unlug/plug from the power source and it will start working again. Some times works only for 5 minutes, some times it lasts for hours, but eventually gets disconnected again.
I have the latest firmware (2.11.168). May be there is a bug in this version?

Could you please help me? I’m getting behind in my work because of this.
