EX4 dropping network connection

Anyone figure out what the problem with EX4 becoming unavailable for no reason. WD Support was useless. I just got this device a couple of days ago and it has been doing this since. What **bleep** is I already have about 1TB of data on it now. I can’t just take it back. Just in case you are wondering, power saver is off, drives are on 24/7 and I set a static IP on it. Nothing has resolved it. Any help would be great.

Does this happen after a certain amount if time or does it randomly happen ? I would also like to know what the LCD screen says when the unit is unavailable on the network.
