EX4 loss of connectivity

Have new EX4 (two days) have added 3 4tb drives, Raid5, static IP, Active Directory, one share created with access rights granted, sleep OFF. FW=1.05.36
It all seems well, I can access the unit from a browser and other PCs, read and write to it.
After a few minutes, the unit is first inaccessible via browser interface and a few minutes later cannot ping or access shares, unit is completely unresponsive. Only a reboot brings it back (panel reboot works).

Anyone else has experiensed this? RMA? Not a very good product as other threads suggest?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

By any chance do you remember what you where doing at the moment the drive stops being recognized? By any chance have you seen any spike in activity in the dashboard?
