netflix freezes once in a while and not able to upgrade firmware. I put 1.03.07 on a usb stick fresh formatted to fat32. I could also do fat but decided fat32.1gb stick and put it in booted the wdtv media box and did not ask me to upgrade. I could not find a home button on the remote anywhere. The wdtv box sees the usb stick in the video options. Any ideas upgrading online option does not work on the wdtv box. I am hoping this resolves a netflix random freeze error.
Probably because you’re using the wrong firmware for your device. What’s the model number on the label and current firmware you’re running shown on the ABOUT screen?
