MyCloudEx4100 Blinking Blue Light

Hello! I am running a WDMyCloudEX4100 version 5.28.105 with four Western Digital 8TB WD Red Plus NAS Internal Hard Drive in full RAID mode.

I deleted a bunch of files and thought I should maybe re-boot the WDMyCloudEX4100. It is now unreachable with a blinking blue power button (2.5 times per second). No lights on the hard drives at all.

The LCD has the normal “Welcome to WDMyCloudEX4100” message. I held down the power button for quite a while and nothing happened.

After a search, I do not see any topics regarding my specific product. Could someone please point me in a direction? Thank you.

(I’m glad I used the version number in a post somewhere else, because I wouldn’t be able to see the version now!)

If it’s doing a file system check, it could take a while.

Do you have a backup of the content on it?
