Good day all ,

So a few months ago I had an issue with my EX2Ultra.. I can not prove it, but I think a bios update screwed my whole drive..
Within 24 hrs, both of my hard drives failed..
Upon failing, for the first time EVER I started getting a message, “System under temperature”. The crazy thing is, for 4 years, the drive has sat in the exact same spot without issue, so why now would there be a low temp?
In the past 24 hrs the drive has been sending me System under temp over and over and over..
What would cause this? How can I fix this?

I was able to partially access one of the drives and have been pulling data off and have two new NAS drives to go it but the repeated error message is getting a bit much..

To confirm, the bios is 5.30.103

BIOS update may have introduced a bug affecting temperature sensors or fan control. Try rolling back to a previous firmware version if possible, or perform a full system reset. Also, check for dust buildup or improper fan function.
