I am trying to upgrade the firmware for my MyCloudEx2Ultra from 2.31.183 to 2.31.193.
It downloaded and started to display Upgrading and it stuck with no progress. Its been almost 2 hrs. I am able to access it. a blue light blinks on the Device.
Please help.
