MyCloud Setup cannot find my WD Drive

I’m using a Macbook Pro, El Capitan.
WD My Cloud Setup is 1.2.4.16

The Blue LED is on.
The drive is connected to an Airport Express through Ethernet.
I can access it from my Finder
I can even back up to it with TimeMachine (though I’m still not entirely trusting it)

I was hoping to have the WD Dashboard and stuff to see how to better manage this thing. But it can’t find it. Any ideas.

You can access the My Cloud Dashboard using a web browser…

If one can access the Dashboard then one really doesn’t need to use the My Cloud Setup program.

Thank you. The 4 second reset worked. And as you said, since I can access the dashboard through the browser, I will not use the App.
