My drive is in the finder. I can go to it. I can see that it’s on my network through other tools, but both the website version (mycloud.com/setup) and the downloadable app fail to find my new drive.
I’ve tried both in Safari and Chrome on the web part.
I’m on a MacBook Pro running the latest El Capitan. Everything is through ethernet.
I’m trying to find out:
- Why can’t Western Digital’s app find my drive?
- what else does the setup app do that I need?
