My drive is in the finder. I can go to it. I can see that it’s on my network through other tools, but both the website version (My Cloud) and the downloadable app fail to find my new drive.
I’ve tried both in Safari and Chrome on the web part.
I’m on a MacBook Pro running the latest El Capitan. Everything is through ethernet.
I’m trying to find out:
- Why can’t Western Digital’s app find my drive?
- what else does the setup app do that I need?
