My cloud service suddenly sign out. And i m unable to sign in anymore, when i try to sign in again it keep show updating and hanged.
It would help to know what WD Device you own and what operating system/firmware.

If no problems are showing, then return here and give as much information as you can about your device and the problem. Image would help too.
I met the same issue, Then I check http://status.mycloud.com, I found WD’s main server is down.
Same for me
