My cloud web sign is down

Is anyone facing issue while trying to sign in by clicking My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital?

I’m facing the above issue. Tried multiple browsers. Different network as my colleagues are facing the issue as well. Log in through the IP address did open up the WD cloud dashboard but the main sign in page isn’t working. Trying from past 1 and a half hour.

I am a user with a valid warranty, so I am going to report this problem to WD immediately.

It has nothing to do with our devices, of course.

I hope that the Covid-19 pandemic is not jeopardizing WD’s technical assistance.
