Mycloud mirros connection and certificate issue

I keep getting this message and the DRive 1 light is off and I am also told its offline and I try to log in and check and get this.

I was getting the same message with all my drives (different locations) which I attributed to the WD servers being down. They came back up the next day.

Failing that, you likely have an issue with UPNP/port forwarding.
