"Drive offline"

Hello all I am new to My cloud. SO far its a great product but after a couple of hours it kept telling me drive is off line WDmycloud is not accessible on my mobile devices and all back ups on the mobile stopped. Also it says “cant connect” when trying to sign in via web browser. Now, the blue light is steady and lit on the device. I unplugged the power device for a few and it seemed to only work for about 1 hour. The firmware is up to date also. Any advice would be awesome!

Hi, I would suggest you to set a static IP address, you can check the user manual or the knowledge base articles to find information on how to do this.

This KBA may help with your issue as “Drive Offline” could simply mean that DNS is not resolving something.
