I can not see any image Can you tell us what we are suppose to see?
Can’t see the drive, basically. Looks like the WD App.
Have you checked that your router hasn’t changed the IP? This seems to be the most common cause of loss of drive connection.
To help you we could use some more info:
Is this a new My Cloud?
What OS are you using?
Have you checked your router to see if the My Cloud has an IP?
Can you Ping that IP if it has an established address?
Did this happen after a Firmware update?
