WD Support tells me two disks in a RAID-1 system (MyCloud DUO) are broken, 2 months after I have sent logs to them. And two weeks after their crappy #MyCloud site has been hacked. Do they really think people are stupid? @westerndigital

Do you have a case number? The My Cloud Home Duo is a RAID1 with a single volume that spans both drives. Normally there should be drive i/o or media errors in the debug logs that confirm.
