I have the My Cloud Home Duo and files were lost when I tried move a directory. I cannot figure out how to access the raid drive to retrieve the lost files. Can you help?
Let me add some backup. I looked for a file earlier in the week and found that a directory with a ton of data was moved. I attempted to cut and paste this sizable directory back to is original location. When I reviewed the data I found that multiple sizable directories were missing. Including all of our family photo files.
