MyCloud fan speed too high

Hey there,

Im concerned with the fan speed on a new 2 4TB MyCloud Ex2 Ultra. It is escalating to 10K RPM easily.
Unit is on spanning mode, ambient temperature is normal, latest firmware installed, on for 50 minutes, unit is doing a large backup, but nothing unusual, drives temperatures are around 45 and 46 C.
If I do a SYSTEM TEST, the fan stops, but then, very quickly it goes back to a high speed RPM.

Any report on this condition?
