MyCloud EX2 Ultra cannot use file explorer issue

Dear Team,
I searched a lot before writing to you all but I tried every thing since 3 days with no solutions.
I bought a new Mycloud EX2 ultra, I can uploaded, download and see all my files easily from my mobile or tablet using the mycloud APP BUT I cannot do same when I am using my laptop.

I can find the device in my network file but when I am clicking on it its always taking me to the device home page “configuration page” and I tried mycloud.com website but always giving me wrong user id or password.

My laptop operation system is windows 10 and my router is DLINK DIR895L
