Hi guys I am looking for some help I have just brougth a 2tb mycloud and it worked fine the first day then it would not let us log into the dashboard. It would login then log straight back out. So i followed advice from here which said reset it by pressing the button on the back. This worked thank you. But now I can not change any settings in the dashboard. It comes up with the updating box and then does not change, no matter how long you leave it. This is experienced whether wireless or wired. It is annoying as we cant even set a password for it. Any help would be really appriciated.
