Can't Access My Cloud Dashboard

Hi All,

I am no longer able to access my dashboard (Win 7, Chrome), with the password I am SURE should work.

I can’t do a 4 or 40 second reset as the button is non-responsive.

Can anybody suggest how I can get into my dashboard again.
