Hi All,

The reset button has stopped working on My Cloud and I therefore can’t reset my password to access my drive via the dashboard on my PC. Dashboard won’t accept any password I throw at it.

What I think is the correct password gives me access at mycloud.com. I can also get into the My Cloud on my windows network, as can my TV. The same password won’t let me into the dashboard.

Does anybody out there know how I can access the dashboard with a non-working reset button?

Any help gratefully accepted.

@COLIN_ROBERTSON1 You have posted in the My Cloud Home sub-forum. A My Cloud Home does not have a Dashboard.

If you have a WD My Cloud device you need to go back to the WD Community and post in the correct sub-forum for the type of device you own.
