I need help connecting to MyCloud. I am able to enter the IP address directly into my browser to get to the dashboard but, when trying to connect through the finder as a registered user, it does not connect. i have been able to connect through other wireless devices but, cannot get my macbook pro to connect.

Any ideas?

Hi notlef83,

You have to enter the credentials of the dashboard while connecting it to the finder as a registered user.

I did that. Comes back with a response saying to check. The IP address and with the system admin.
